About an hour before the poker tourney started he came up to me to enter but said he didn't have the $20 required to enter on him. He actually tried to sell me some hold card caps that were made to look like $25 novelty chips with Elvis painted on them for $5 each but I said no.

PO69 said he would be back later with the $20 (mandatory dealers tip all players paid to play in the tourney). I know he played in the tournament and lost but I have no recollection of him paying the $20 but he could have paid either Dante or Xpanda who were also collecting at the sign in table.

Later we came up one $20 tip short for the number of players who played (104 players were seated I think) but I cannnot in good conscience accuse PO69 of not paying the $20 without proof.

Regarding the photo of PO69 used in Biggamer3's avatar.
<HR style="COLOR: #fdde82" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->For the record the picture was removed from Biggamer3 avatar around 9PM Monday night.

It has been gone for over 4 hours at least.

First of all how do I know it was even really him, posters use photos of everyday people for avatars all the time. I met PO69 for maybe 2 minutes in August of 2006 and haven't a clue what he looks likes because we were walking side by side while he was pitching me the card holders (I do remember one detail though, even worse that before, they were George Bush, and not Elvis chips he was trying to sell)..

Portion of email I received from PO69 at around 9PM PDT Monday night:

Actually this picture did not even come from therx bash. I took NO PICTURES at any rx bash ever. But it came for the TOW bash in Miami. Or it might have been at the eog bash.

In this area of the email was discussion about the debt etc...

Finally in closing PO69 says:
Thanks for removing the avatar at least. Technically, I wouldnt mind the whole photo leaving the site, but I understand that is probably too much of a chore to ask. And it might be too hard to keep it off the site. At least we can close our relationship in a positive manner.

Portion of Email from Bigamer3 about me changing his avatar received a wile later, around 11PM PDT:

Yeah yeah no problems with that
was gonna change it in a day either way.
You do a great job keep it up.

Bottom line once I was certain the photo (after 8PM Pacific time) was actually PO69 I removed it from Bigamer3's avatar and emailed him to inform him why. Obviously PO69 knew on his own from his email I received shortly after it came down.
